I was struggling to find a garage that I thought would be trustworthy to do a major service for my ecosport st line (wet belt engine) that understood about the oil to use. I phoned … More them and they told me before I asked what oil they used, totally treated me with respect which as a female is hard enough with a garage and yes was more expensive than others, you get what you pay for and showed me all the parts changed (without me asking)but omg on the day I was shown round the entire premises he explained everything they did. Didn't get your name but bravo, felt comfortable and at ease, a definite return customer 5* service 😀

First visit to Ferdotti and I must say I felt very welcome, they treated me so kindly and allowed me to use their meeting room facility to log into the work laptop whilst they a looked … More at my car. The lovely lady on reception was beyond helpful and very polite. Ian who looked at the car had explained to me exactly what they were going to do and what to expect. Ian advised it will take a few hours to conduct the work and I was happy to wait for several hours which was not an issue. Highly recommend their first class service and If I knew this garage had existed some time ago of would of used their services over the existing years.
